The ladies of the church support one another by providing meals to men and women who have just returned home from being hospitalized for major surgery or moms who have just given birth. This is often facilitated by our small group leaders.
The Secret Pal ministry is by far one of the most exciting ministries of our church. Each lady in this ministry learns about, prays for, and encourages another lady of our church. To learn how you can be part of this ministry contact Heidi Wolowiec. email@example.com
The prayer chain is a vital ministry of the First Baptist Church of Marilla. We believe there is power in prayer and that the Lord hears the prayers of his children. The ladies of the church have taken on the special task of decorating the church throughout the year. This includes the fellowship hall to coordinate with special programs or the season of the year under the direction of LaVern Hoehman. In addition, flowers are placed on the communion table each week to “adorn” the auditorium for worship as well as special decorations at Christmas.
